Q: When are The Kiosks open?
A:  Each Kiosk is open during different hours. Please visit the home page to see The Kiosk’s set times.

Q: Who can visit The Kiosk?
A: Anybody, of any age!

Q: Do you need an appointment to visit The Kiosk?
A:  Not at all. You may however contact a Kiosk supervisor if you’d like to make an appointment with an Options Counselor, an Employment Counselor, or a Travel Counselor in advance of your visit.

Q: Can someone at The Kiosk help me obtain services I need?
A:  A trained Advisor will know how to refer you to agencies and organizations that will know best how to answer questions you may have about services in the area.

Q: I’m disabled. Can I visit The Kiosk?
A: Absolutely!

Q: Do I have to know how to use a computer to use The Kiosk?
A:  Absolutely not! A trained Advisor will introduce you to The Kiosk and facilitate your visit. How much you want to explore on the computer is entirely up to you.

Q: Can I learn how to use a computer at The Kiosk?
A:  While The Kiosk utilizes current technologies, the purpose of The Kiosk is not to train people on computers. We will, however try to answer any technical questions we can, to the best of our abilities.

Q:  Can I visit The Kiosk more than once?
A:  You can visit the Kiosk as frequently as you like.
